About the Role:

Reef Holding is seeking a visionary and strategic Creative Product Director to lead the creative direction behind the group’s product portfolio across fragrances and cosmetics. This role focuses on shaping the creative identity of products from the earliest concept stage, ensuring that every product reflects a strong narrative, distinctive positioning, and a compelling brand presence in the market.

The role will oversee the creative foundation of products including concept development, product naming, storytelling, packaging direction, and overall brand expression. The Creative Product Director will work closely with product development, marketing, and design teams to ensure that every launch reflects a cohesive and powerful brand vision across all categories.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead product creative direction and concept development:

• Develop the creative vision behind new products across fragrances and cosmetics.
• Define product concepts, themes, and narratives that resonate with target markets and strengthen brand differentiation.
• Lead the ideation process for product naming, storytelling, and brand positioning.

Shape product identity and packaging direction:

• Define creative guidelines for product packaging, visual identity, and overall aesthetic direction.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure packaging reflects the product story and brand vision.
• Ensure consistency of visual identity and product presentation across the group’s portfolio.

Drive innovation and market relevance:

• Monitor global beauty and fragrance trends, consumer behavior, and market positioning strategies.
• Translate market insights into creative product opportunities and new concept directions.
• Ensure products stand out through originality, storytelling, and emotional connection with consumers.

Collaborate across product and brand teams:

• Work closely with product development teams to align creative concepts with technical feasibility and product formulation.
• Partner with marketing teams to ensure that product narratives and positioning are clearly reflected in brand communication.
• Support cross-functional alignment from concept stage through product launch.

Strengthen brand identity across categories:

• Ensure a cohesive creative direction across the group’s product lines, including fragrances and cosmetics.
• Define and maintain the overall product storytelling framework that supports the group’s brand vision and long-term growth.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Branding, Marketing, Product Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience in creative direction within the beauty, fragrance, or consumer product industry.
• Strong ability to develop product concepts, brand storytelling, and product positioning strategies.
• Experience collaborating with product development, and design teams.
• Strong understanding of consumer trends, product aesthetics, and brand identity development.
• Excellent leadership, creativity, and strategic thinking skills.
