Key Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve the brand’s creative direction, tone, and visual language
- Lead concept development for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and in-store experiences
- Oversee design across all platforms: print, digital, packaging, signage, and spatial design
- Collaborate with marketing, culinary, and operations teams to ensure cohesive storytelling
- Manage and mentor a small creative team (designers, photographers, content creators)
- Source and direct external creative partners (agencies, stylists, artists)
- Stay ahead of global trends in design, food, and culture to keep the brand fresh and relevant
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a senior creative role (F&B, & hospitality)
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand development, campaign work, and multidisciplinary design
- Deep understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and spatial design
- Experience leading creative teams and managing cross-functional projects
- Passion for coffee, food, and crafting memorable guest experiences
- Familiarity with the Middle Eastern market and cultural nuances is a plus
