Create strong event themes, campaign ideas, storylines, creative routes, visual directions, and audience engagement concepts.

Prepare creative proposals, pitch decks, mood boards, reference visuals, concept narratives, and experience maps.

Ensure each concept is educational, entertaining, visually strong, and aligned with the client’s objectives.

2. Science Experience & Content Design

Lead the development of science-based experiences that make complex topics easy to understand and enjoyable.

Respond to feedback while protecting the creative quality and ensuring the final concept remains strong, practical, and aligned with the project purpose.

Act as the main creative reference point between the client, internal teams, external suppliers, and production partners.

9. Team Leadership & Creative Supervision

Lead and guide designers, content creators, event coordinators, production teams, multimedia teams, copywriters, 3D designers, and external suppliers.

Prepare clear creative briefs and ensure all teams understand the concept, objectives, audience, tone, and delivery expectations.

Review creative outputs and ensure consistency across all materials and event elements.

Provide hands-on creative supervision during setup, rehearsals, live event execution, and dismantling when needed.

10. Budget, Timeline, Quality & HSE Awareness

Support in identifying production requirements, supplier scopes, technical needs, logistics considerations, and operational risks.
