Creative Director - Personal Injury Law Firm

About the Firm:

Steinger, Greene & Feiner, is a leading personal injury law firm in Florida with a reputation for aggressive client advocacy and a commitment to achieving maximum results for the people we serve. Our marketing team is the engine behind our growth, and we are looking for a Creative Director who will take our brand and creative output to the next level.

Position Summary:

The Creative Director will serve as the senior creative leader within the marketing department, reporting directly to the CMO. This individual will own the firm’s creative vision and translate marketing strategy into compelling visual and written content across all channels — including television, digital, social media, out-of-home, print, and the firm’s website. The ideal candidate combines exceptional design and storytelling instincts with a deep understanding of performance-driven marketing in a high-volume, results-oriented environment.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Creative Strategy & Vision
  • Develop and maintain the firm’s overarching creative strategy, ensuring all marketing materials reflect a unified, compelling brand identity
  • Translate the CMO’s marketing objectives into creative briefs, campaign concepts, and executional plans
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor creative, and emerging platforms to keep the firm’s marketing fresh and differentiated
  • Campaign Development & Execution
  • Conceptualize and oversee the production of all advertising campaigns, including TV commercials, radio spots, digital video, social media content, billboards, print ads, and direct mail
  • Lead creative for landing pages, website updates, email campaigns, and other digital assets that drive lead generation and conversion
  • Manage the full creative lifecycle from concept through final delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with campaign goals

Brand Stewardship:

  • Own and enforce the firm’s brand guidelines, including visual identity, tone of voice, photography and video style, and messaging frameworks
  • Conduct periodic brand audits across all channels to ensure consistency and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive brand style guide and creative asset library

Team & Vendor Leadership:

  • Manage, mentor, and grow the in-house creative team (designers, copywriters, videographers, social media content creators)
  • Serve as the primary creative liaison with external agencies, production companies, photographers, and freelance talent
  • Review and approve all creative deliverables from both internal and external resources before publication

Performance & Optimization:

  • Partner with the CMO and analytics team to evaluate creative performance using data (conversion rates, engagement metrics, A/B testing results, cost-per-case analysis)
  • Iterate on creative assets based on performance data, continuously improving effectiveness
  • Develop and manage the creative production budget in coordination with the CMO

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field
  • 7+ years of progressive creative experience, with at least 3 years in a senior creative leadership role (Creative Director, Associate Creative Director, or equivalent)
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating campaign work across multiple channels (TV, digital, social, print, OOH)
  • Proven experience managing creative teams and external vendor relationships
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, UX/UI principles, and conversion-focused design
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present creative concepts to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in legal marketing, personal injury advertising, or a similarly regulated industry (healthcare, financial services)
  • Familiarity with Florida Bar advertising rules and legal marketing compliance requirements
  • Experience with video production direction and on-set creative leadership
  • Background in performance marketing and an ability to connect creative decisions to measurable business outcomes
  • Experience with AI-powered creative tools and modern content creation platforms
  • Knowledge of Spanish-language marketing is a plus for Florida market reach

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
