CREATIVE DIRECTOR / VIDEOGRAPHER / EDITOR (SOCIAL MEDIA)

Job Description

Minted Detail is hiring a Creative Director / Videographer / Editor to own our content and social media execution.

This is not a “just film and edit” role.

You will be responsible for ideating, filming, editing, and posting content that drives attention, engagement, and revenue.

We are building a premium brand. Content is a core growth engine.

We need someone who:

• moves fast
• understands short-form content
• knows how to capture attention in the first 3 seconds
• can turn everyday jobs into viral content

1. A 30–60 second video including:

2. Portfolio (REQUIRED):

• Short-form content (Reels / TikTok / Shorts)

Must show:

Responsibilities

• Film content (in-shop + mobile jobs)

Shoot:

• before/after transformations
• detailing processes
• cinematic car content
• lifestyle / brand content
• Edit high-performing short-form videos:
• reels
• TikToks
• YouTube Shorts

Add:

• hooks
• captions
• sound design
• fast pacing

Post content across platforms:

• Instagram
• TikTok
• YouTube Shorts
• Stay on top of trends and adapt quickly
• Work closely with team to capture key moments
• Batch content efficiently

Iterate based on performance

Compensation Performance bonuses based on:

Requirements

• Proven experience filming and editing short-form content

Strong understanding of:

• hooks
• retention
• pacing
• Ability to move fast and produce consistently
• Strong communication and collaboration
• Must be proactive (not waiting for direction)
• Must be able to film + edit independently

Preferred Experience

• Experience growing accounts
• Understanding of viral content formats
• Experience posting and managing accounts

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month
