We are now looking for a talented Creative Excellence Specialist to join our energetic and highly motivated team — this time for our Best Self studio , meaning the Health & Fitness vertical , where we develop apps that inspire people to move , eat better , and live healthier lives .

Some of Your Responsibilities

• Lead and execute creative projects that align with HubX’s and our Best Self studio’s brand identity and business goals.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and design teams to produce visually compelling and high-performing content (especially for paid media ads).
• Appear in short-form video content (e.g. Pilates, yoga, or healthy lifestyle videos) for ad campaigns and organic channels.
• Develop and maintain creative guidelines to ensure high performing creatives across all touch points.
• Analyze creative performance and iterate based on insights to improve engagement and conversion.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging design tools, and creative best practices — especially in fitness and wellness content.
• Manage external creative partners, freelancers, and agencies when necessary.

What We Look For

• 1+ years of experience in a creative focused role, preferably in a performance-driven or digital-first environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, high-quality visual output, and campaign impact.
• A genuine passion for fitness, healthy living, and wellness — ideally someone who actively practices yoga, Pilates, or similar workouts .
• Ability to record and appear in short workout or movement videos (basic on-camera comfort is a big plus).
• Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Nice to Have

• Experience creating fitness or lifestyle-related content for social media or mobile apps.
• Experience in performance marketing or working closely with performance teams.
• Understanding of creative testing, A/B experiments, and iteration processes.
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Library, Sensor Tower, or similar.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-growing tech environment.
