Creative Executive / Creative Manager

About the Role

Creative Squad Inc is looking for a highly creative and strategic Creative Executive / Creative Manager to lead content direction and visual storytelling across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who can combine creativity with marketing strategy to produce impactful campaigns and drive brand growth.

You will be responsible for overseeing content creation, guiding the creative team, and ensuring all digital assets align with brand identity and campaign goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of creative concepts for social media campaigns and digital marketing
• Plan and execute content strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Oversee content creation including graphics, videos, reels, and ad creatives
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing team members
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and client projects
• Analyze content performance and optimize campaigns based on insights
• Stay updated with industry trends, content formats, and platform updates
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Provide creative direction and feedback to junior team members

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong creative thinking and content strategy skills
• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing
• Excellent command of English (written & verbal)
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or similar
• Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and audience behavior
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to think both creatively and analytically

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Design, or related field (preferred)
• Experience:
• Creative Executive: 1–2 years
• Creative Manager: 2–4+ years
• Age: 22 – 35 years
