Creative Fashion Consultant (In-store & Online)

About the Role

We’re looking for a confident and fashion-forward individual to join our Kottayam team. As a Creative Fashion Consultant, you’ll be the face of Chela Clothing — assisting customers in-store and online, creating engaging fashion content, and representing our brand with creativity and style.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection, styling advice, and saree draping guidance — both in-store and via online chats.
• Create engaging fashion content including photoshoots, reels, and styling videos for social media.
• Maintain product displays, ensure visual merchandising standards, and keep the store customer-ready.
• Coordinate with the marketing and e-commerce team for product cataloging and content updates.
• Manage inquiries and sales across online platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, and website).
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a personalized shopping experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in saree boutique / fashion retail is a must.
• Comfortable and confident in front/back of camera (for reels, product showcases, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills — Malayalam & English.
• Passionate about fashion, styling, and social media trends.
• Basic knowledge of Social Media and online customer interactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
