Job Purpose

The Creative Graphic Designer at Shiro Estate will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across all digital and print platforms. This position is responsible for creating compelling and visually engaging content that supports our marketing strategies, enhances brand recognition, and attracts our target audience. Working closely with the marketing team, the designer will translate concepts into high impact visuals that reflect our values of innovation, transparency, and excellence in the Dubai real estate market.

Job Responsibilities & Tasks

1. Campaign Development : Lead the conceptualization and execution of visually impactful marketing campaigns that align with Shiro Estate’s brand strategy and business objectives.

2. Multi-Platform Design : Design and produce high-quality creative assets for a variety of channels, including web, social media, print materials, and outdoor advertising.

3. Brand Identity Enhancement : Contribute innovative ideas and creative direction to strengthen and maintain a consistent and compelling brand identity across all visual touchpoints.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with external agencies, partners, and suppliers to manage and deliver creative projects on time and within scope.

5. Event & Launch Support : Develop and deliver standout visual materials to support events, property launches, and exhibitions, ensuring strong brand presence and audience engagement.

Job Requirements

• Design highquality visual assets for various marketing channels including branding materials, digital ads, website graphics, and social media content
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to produce visually engaging and on-brand creatives
• Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all digital and print platforms
• Collaborate with marketing team to support advertising campaigns, property launches, and promotional materials
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
• Work onsite to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners for timely project delivery
• Create and adapt visual content in both English and Arabic to appeal to the diverse audience in the UAE
