Job Overview:

We’re seeking a Creative Graphic Designer who can create unique and creative design for our Website and Social Profiles. The Designer can craft unique brand themes, blend colors, typography, and layouts that perfectly align with our website’s tone and identity.

You’ll work closely with our marketing, web development, and product teams to design stunning website mockups, intuitive interfaces, and engaging layouts that not only look good but connect with users and drive action.

You must be creative, analytical, and user-focused, with a proven ability to design layouts and interfaces that increase engagement, improve usability, and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create Social Media Post Design and Unique Post for Events
• Design website mockups, wireframes, and page layouts with a strong focus on usability and brand consistency.
• Develop visually appealing landing pages optimized for performance, readability, and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and web development teams to bring designs from concept to execution.
• Ensure all designs follow modern web design principles while maintaining responsiveness across devices.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify emerging design trends and UI/UX practices.
• Prepare and present design concepts and prototypes for feedback and revisions.
• Work with content creators to design graphics, infographics, and featured images for blogs, websites, and campaigns.
• Optimize designs for speed, accessibility, and overall user experience.
• Maintain brand guidelines across all digital assets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2–3 years of professional experience as a Creative Graphic Designer with a focus on website and Social Media Post Designing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media posts, website layouts, mockups, and interactive designs.
• Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or similar.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, wireframing, prototyping, and user flows.
• Experience designing high-conversion CTAs, landing pages, and responsive layouts.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy in web design.
• Ability to work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
