Job Summary

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with strong experience in Figma and Adobe XD to lead the design of user-centric digital products. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing designs for our websites, admin panels, and mobile apps. If you have a passion for creating seamless user experiences backed by user research and design systems, we want to work with you.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and maintain consistent design systems, including typography, color palettes, icons, and UI components.

● Design UI kits for websites, dashboards, and mobile apps using Figma or Adobe XD.

● Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

● Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions.

● Create intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for a range of digital products.

● Collaborate closely with developers to ensure proper design implementation using tools like Figma Inspect or Zeplin.

● Design responsive interfaces optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile screens.

● Create mobile-first UI/UX for Android and iOS applications with a focus on accessibility and usability.

● Design feature-rich admin panels for sales, CRM, inventory, and reporting modules.

● Optimize product pages, checkout processes, navigation systems, and promotions for better user engagement.

● Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and stakeholder input.

● Deliver clean, development-ready assets including SVGs, icons, and illustrations.

● Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices.

● Participate in product planning, sprint reviews, and cross-functional design discussions.

RequirementsMust-Have Skills:

● Proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD for designing and prototyping

● Strong knowledge of UI principles, UX heuristics, and mobile-first design

● Experience designing for web, mobile apps (iOS/Android), and admin dashboards

● Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, A11y)

● Ability to deliver and maintain design systems and reusable UI components

Preferred Skills:

● Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics for developer collaboration

● Experience with user testing, A/B testing, and usability analysis

● Exposure to Agile/Scrum workflows

● Basic understanding of frontend frameworks like React or Vue (a plus)

● Familiarity with motion design or micro-interactions

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
