Sparking Asia is a fast-growing company committed to building powerful brands and impactful digital experiences. We’re expanding our marketing team and looking for a creative, analytical, and growth-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social presence across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

Create high quality graphics for social media, ads, branding and daily company needs

Work closely with the team to understand project requirements

Deliver work on time with proper attention to detail

Think creatively and bring new ideas to the table

Edit and revise designs based on feedback

Maintain consistent design standards across all platforms

Requirements:

1 to 3 years of professional graphic design experience

Strong portfolio is required to apply

Good English communication skills

Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar tools

Ability to manage multiple tasks smoothly

Basic knowledge of social media content formats

Good time management and teamwork skills

Upwork experience is an excellent plus
