We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer (In-House – Karachi)Responsibilities:
Brand & Visual Identity:
- Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity across all digital and print platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency in colors, typography, layouts, and overall design language.
- Translate brand guidelines into compelling visual assets that support business goals.
Marketing & Performance Creatives:
- Design high-converting creatives for digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Create visuals for lead generation campaigns, landing pages, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop A/B test variations for ads and campaigns.
Social Media Design:
- Design engaging social media posts, banners, carousels, and story creatives.
- Create visuals for awareness, engagement, and lead generation campaigns.
- Adapt designs for different platforms while maintaining visual consistency.
Sales & Corporate Collateral:
- Design sales presentations, pitch decks, brochures, company profiles, and proposals.
- Support the sales team with customized visuals for client pitches and presentations.
- Create infographics and visual assets to simplify complex information.
Website & UI Support:
- Design website banners, landing page visuals, and UI elements.
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to improve user experience through visuals.
- Optimize designs for web performance and conversions.
Coordination & Workflow:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and content teams to understand requirements.
- Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Revise and optimize designs based on feedback and performance insights.
Additional Technical Aspects:
- Prepare design files for digital publishing and print production.
- Organize and maintain design assets and libraries.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Basic understanding of CRO-focused design and visual hierarchy for conversions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
- Experience designing for digital marketing, especially B2B or performance-driven campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic knowledge of Figma or similar UI/UX tools is a plus.
Ideal Profile:
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals, layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to convert ideas, briefs, and marketing goals into impactful visual designs.
- Performance-oriented mindset, designs with purpose, not just aesthetics.
- Strong English communication skills for coordination and understanding briefs.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and capable of owning projects end-to-end.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
