Creative Graphic Designer

Job Summary

Catalyst is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Creative Graphic Designer to lead visual design initiatives across digital and offline platforms. The ideal candidate will conceptualize, design, and execute impactful creatives that align with our brand identity, marketing goals, and educational offerings, while also mentoring junior designers and collaborating closely with marketing and content teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreative & Design Leadership

  • Conceptualize and design high-quality creatives for digital marketing, social media, websites, ads, and offline materials.
  • Lead visual storytelling and ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms.
  • Review and improve designs created by junior designers, providing constructive feedback.
  • Develop creative concepts and campaigns in collaboration with marketing and content teams.

Marketing & Brand Support

  • Design creatives for performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, banners).
  • Create brochures, posters, flyers, standees, hoardings, and presentation decks.
  • Ensure all designs align with Catalyst’s brand guidelines and messaging.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with marketing, video, content, and academic teams to understand requirements.
  • Coordinate with printers, vendors, and external agencies when required.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Innovation & Quality Control

  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and creative best practices.
  • Continuously improve visual quality and creative output.
  • Maintain design files, assets, and version control.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and branding.
  • Ability to convert concepts into compelling visuals.
  • Excellent time-management and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Prior experience in EdTech, education, digital marketing, or agency environment is preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
  • Experience in UI/UX or web creatives is an added advantage.
