Creative Graphic Designer (Social Media Posts)

📍 Lahore | Full-Time | In-House | 𝟭–𝟮 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲

We're looking for a Full-Time, In-House 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗰 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿 to design 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀 across multiple brand pages.

This role is focused on producing high-volume, 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺-𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 social media posts that maintain strong 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 and drive 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 across diverse global niches.

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄

You will be responsible for designing structured, scroll-stopping social media posts using 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝘃𝗮 𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 including template-based creatives, quote graphics, infographics, and performance-driven visual formats.

You will collaborate closely with researchers and copywriters to ensure visual and narrative alignment while operating within a structured production workflow.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Design 𝗼𝗻-𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀 using Canva or Similar Tools

• Maintain 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 across multiple brand pages

• Adapt social media post designs based on 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀

• Deliver social media posts within defined 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

• 𝟭–𝟮 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 designing social media posts

• 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗿'𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲 in a relevant field

• Strong proficiency in 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝘃𝗮 (Photoshop/Illustrator is an advantage)

• Strong understanding of 𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗼𝘂𝘁, 𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝘆

• Familiarity with 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘀 and engagement trends

• Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality

* Fresh graduates with strong portfolios demonstrating social media post design capability are encouraged to apply as well.
