Graphic Designer – Hair Care Brand (Gulberg, Lahore)

A well-known and established hair care brand is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team at our Gulberg office. We’re seeking someone with a strong aesthetic sense and proven experience in fashion, packaging, and hair care branding who can bring fresh ideas and elevate our visual presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative visual concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Design engaging digital content including social media posts, banners, ads, reels/thumbnails, and website graphics aligned with brand identity.
• Create print materials such as brochures, product packaging, salon visuals, standees, and promotional items.
• Translate brand strategies into compelling visual storytelling for target audiences.
• Collaborate with marketing and brand teams on campaigns, launches, and salon promotions.
• Ensure consistency across all visual communications (online and offline).
• Work closely with photographers, videographers, and stylists to produce high-quality content.
• Stay updated with beauty, fashion, and design trends to keep the brand fresh and competitive.
• Maintain and organize a creative asset library with properly archived design files.
• Review and proof all creative outputs before publishing or printing.
• Contribute innovative ideas for branding, engagement, and content planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Media Arts, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in beauty, fashion, packaging, or hair care brands.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools (Premiere Pro / After Effects) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of brand aesthetics, creative direction, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and innovation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
