Creative Graphic Designer (Packaging Sector)

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in packaging design, machine (industrial) design layouts, and branding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling packaging, product labels, machine stickers, interface graphics, and marketing materials that align with our brand identity and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:1. Packaging Design

• Develop creative and functional packaging concepts, dielines, and artwork for various products.
• Ensure accurate print-ready files according to packaging specifications and material requirements.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine packaging aesthetics and product communication.

2. Machine / Industrial Design Graphics

• Design machine labels, control panel graphics, decals, safety stickers, interface layouts, and branding elements.
• Understand machine dimensions, surfaces, and application techniques for accurate artwork placement.
• Work closely with engineering/production teams to ensure technical accuracy.

3. Graphic & Branding Work (Digital & Flexo Print for Tube Packaging)

• Design high-quality artworks for laminated and extruded tubes, ensuring accuracy in dimensions, distortion factors, and print tolerances.
• Prepare print-ready files specifically for digital printing and flexographic (flexo) printing processes used in tube manufacturing.
• Develop layered artworks, including white ink layers, trapping, registration marks, varnish/foil indications, and color separations as required for tube printing.
• Ensure color consistency by working with Pantone, CMYK, and spot colors suitable for tube surface printing.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure artwork feasibility on tube lines, including shoulder design, crimp area, weld area, and seam alignment.
• Develop branding elements for product lines, ensuring consistent visual identity across different tube sizes and variants.

4. Collaboration & Workflow

• Follow project deadlines and manage multiple design assignments.
• Coordinate with printers, vendors, and manufacturing teams for final output quality.
• Review samples, proofs, and prototypes to ensure design accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in packaging design and machine graphics.
• Strong proficiency in:
• Adobe Illustrator (must)
• Adobe Photoshop
• CorelDRAW (optional but preferred)
• Knowledge of dielines, printing processes, and color management (CMYK/Pantone)
• Understanding of industrial design principles, surface mapping, and technical drawings.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
