Job Overview

Big O Soft is seeking a strategic and creative Growth Strategist who combines marketing expertise with design thinking. The ideal candidate can plan and execute lead generation strategies, create marketing-focused creatives, and leverage AI tools to drive performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing strategies focused on lead generation and growth.
• Develop creative concepts and visuals aligned with marketing goals.
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to ensure high-performing campaigns.
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude Design , Gemini or other to generate ideas, optimize content, and improve execution speed.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better conversions and ROI.
• Communicate with clients when required and present strategies effectively.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of digital marketing and growth strategies.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of graphic design for marketing purposes.
• Experience in lead generation campaigns and funnels.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for marketing and creative work.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle clients.
• Ability to think strategically and execute efficiently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with paid ads (Meta / Google).
• Understanding of branding, content strategy, and user behavior.
• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
