WHAT WE ARE ACTUALLY LOOKING FOR
We need someone who can:

• Think in campaigns, not posts
• Turn an idea into:

– Ad creative concepts
– Content angles
– Landing page flow
– Email follow-ups

• Understand how attention turns into revenue
• Use AI daily to:

– Generate concepts
– Iterate creatives
– Speed up execution
This person should be able to brief editors and designers, not just “make posts”.

CORE SKILLS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

• Content strategy (hooks, angles, narratives)
• Paid ad creative thinking (Meta first)
• Basic funnel understanding:

– Lead magnets
– Landing pages
– Email sequences

• Knows why creatives fail or scale
• Comfortable using AI tools daily (ChatGPT, image/video AI, copy tools)
• Can test, iterate, and improve fast
