10 AM-7 PM

Probation: 1 Month at 60% of salary

Salary: 45,000-50,000 per month (inclusive of 6,000 incentives)

We’re looking for a Creative & Design Lead — a dynamic thinker who can blend creativity with leadership, guiding our design team and bringing bold ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all creative design projects — from concept to execution.
• Develop and maintain brand identities, campaign visuals, and marketing assets across digital and print.
• Collaborate with the strategy, content, and ads teams to ensure creative alignment with brand goals.
• Mentor, train, and manage a team of designers and creatives to produce high-quality work.
• Conduct brainstorming sessions and provide creative direction on client projects.
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards, deadlines, and creative excellence.
• Stay updated with design trends, visual communication styles, and emerging creative tools.
• Present concepts and designs confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in design, branding, or creative direction (agency experience preferred).
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Canva.
• Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and conceptual thinking.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven experience in leading or mentoring creative teams.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹540,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
