Job Description – Content Creator

We are looking for a skilled and innovative Creative Head to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in creating compelling content across various platforms and formats, including written, visual, and multimedia. This role involves developing and executing content strategies that align with our brand’s objectives and engage our target audience effectively

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality content, including articles, blog posts, social media updates, videos, and infographics, ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and style.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and implement content strategies that support our business goals and enhance our online presence.
• Audience Insight: Analyse audience data and trends to create targeted content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement.
• SEO and Performance: Apply SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and monitor performance metrics to evaluate and refine content strategies.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all content channels in alignment with brand guidelines.
• Content Management: Oversee content calendars and coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery and publication of content.
• Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging content formats, and new technologies to keep our content innovative and relevant.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to produce cohesive and integrated content.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience as a content creator, writer, or similar role, with a robust portfolio of content examples.

Skills:

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in content management systems and familiarity with social media platforms.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization strategies.
• Experience with design tools is advantageous.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects effectively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
