Role Overview

We’re hiring a Senior Graphic Designer with the long-term potential to grow into a Creative Head role.

We’re looking for someone who not only creates stunning visuals, but also deeply understands branding, storytelling, Amazon strategy, and high-performance design workflows. This role is ideal for a designer who wants to lead, innovate, mentor, and elevate the creative culture across the company.

Key Responsibilities - Creative & Design Execution

• Lead end-to-end design projects across Amazon listing images, A+ content, Brand Stories, storefronts, packaging, and other digital brand assets.
• Maintain consistency across all brand visuals while introducing innovative ideas that increase engagement and conversions.
• Participate in creative brainstorming, mood-boarding, and brand strategy sessions.

Collaboration & Strategy

• Work closely with project managers, researchers, and clients to ensure each design meets brand strategy, Amazon compliance, and project goals.
• Communicate proactively regarding project timelines, challenges, or design decisions.

Leadership & Team Development

• Mentor junior designers and interns on design principles, workflow optimization, and brand compliance.
• Support the creation of training materials, design documentation, and best practices.

Delivery & Quality Control

• Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines, quality standards, and the internal QC process.
• Maintain proper file organization, documentation, and final deliverable standards.

Skills & Requirements - Experience

• 3–5+ years of professional design experience (agency or Amazon-focused experience preferred).

Technical Skills

• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects is a plus).
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout composition, and branding.
• Knowledge of Amazon creatives (listing images, A+, storefront) is a strong plus.

Soft Skills & Mindset

• Exceptional attention to detail and aesthetic judgment.
• Ability to receive constructive feedback and refine work proactively.
• Strong communication skills and clear leadership potential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with consistent quality and timely delivery.
