Creative Head

Job Summary
We are a fast-growing, dynamic creative marketing agency with a passionate team of 15+ professionals. From brand storytelling and campaign ideation to design execution and visual identity building, we help brands stand out in a cluttered digital world. We are now looking for a visionary Creative Head to lead our Design & Creative team and elevate our creative output to the next level.

As Creative Head, you will be responsible for leading the agency’s visual direction, creative strategy, and execution across all client and internal projects. This role requires a strong design foundation, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the leadership skills to guide and inspire a creative team across diverse industries and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1.Creative Strategy & Vision

• Develop and drive creative concepts, themes, and visual strategies
• Translate briefs into impactful campaigns and design deliverables
• Maintain high standards of creative excellence, consistency, and brand alignment

2.Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor the design and creative team including graphic designers, art directors, and editors
• Conduct reviews, guide brainstorming sessions, and oversee all design output
• Manage workflows, timelines, and team productivity

3.Client Collaboration

• Work closely with account managers to understand client objectives and expectations
• Present creative concepts and receive feedback in a professional, strategic manner
• Adapt designs and strategies based on client needs while upholding design integrity

4.Quality & Delivery

• Ensure visual consistency across all platforms (print, digital, social media, branding)
• Review and approve all creative deliverables before final submission
• Keep up with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design and creative leadership (agency background preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and digital design principles
• Proven ability to conceptualize and execute across multiple platforms and formats
• Strong team leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience with motion graphics and video content
• Hands-on with photo/video shoot direction
• Familiarity with creative management tools (Notion, Trello, Monday.com, etc.)
• Portfolio of branding, social campaigns, and design work across industries

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Leadership: 5 years (Preferred)
