About Nexrevive Nexrevive is a Dubai‑based creative event agency that turns clients' goals into brand experiences that create real impact. We deliver events end to end - creative, 3D design, production, technical AV and on‑ground management - for corporate, government, festivals and brand launches across the UAE and KSA. Creative is our sharpest weapon: we win pitches on concepts that stand out and budgets that make sense.

The Role We're looking for a Creative Head to lead the creative vision of the agency - turning briefs into standout concepts, directing the design output, and leading the creative side of pitches we need to win. You'll set the creative bar, mentor the design team, and make sure every idea is bold, on‑brand, on‑budget and buildable. This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role reporting directly to the founder.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative direction and concept development across all events, experiences and activations.
• Turn client briefs and scoring criteria into winning, budget‑matched creative concepts and storytelling.
• Own the creative on pitches - decks, concepts and presentations that convert.
• Direct and mentor the design team (3D designers, graphic designers) and set quality standards.
• Champion an AI‑accelerated creative workflow to move from brief to concept at speed.
• Ensure creative is original, on‑brand and practical to produce within budget.
• Collaborate closely with the founder, sales and production teams from pitch to delivery.
• Stay ahead of trends in events, experiential, design and technology to keep our work next‑gen.
• Present and defend creative concepts confidently to clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a creative leadership role (Creative / Head of Creative / Senior Designer stepping up), ideally in events, experiential, advertising or a production agency.
• Outstanding portfolio of concept‑led event or brand experiences - portfolio is required.
• Strong command of the full creative process: concept, storytelling, spatial/3D thinking and execution.
• Ability to design to a real budget - creative that wins without over‑designing.
• Experience leading pitches and winning competitive bids (government/corporate a plus).
• Solid understanding of 3D (SketchUp), 2D design and AI creative tools.
• Team leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• UAE/GCC events experience strongly preferred; English essential, Arabic a plus.
