Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and dynamic Creative Head to lead the visual and brand direction of our retail footwear brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative creative concepts, managing brand visuals, and ensuring consistent and impactful communication across retail and digital platforms. This role requires strong design leadership, trend awareness, and the ability to translate brand vision into compelling customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the creative vision and visual identity of the footwear brand
- Plan and manage creative campaigns, product launches, and promotional visuals
- Oversee branding across retail stores, social media, packaging, and marketing materials
- Ensure consistent brand presentation across all customer touchpoints
- Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to align creative work with business goals
- Guide visual merchandising concepts and in-store display standards
- Stay updated on fashion, footwear, and design trends to keep the brand competitive
- Manage creative timelines, approvals, and quality of design output
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Marketing, or related field
- 3–4 years of experience in creative design, brand management, or retail marketing
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign design, and visual creativity
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software
- Understanding of retail branding, visual merchandising, and consumer behavior
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in footwear, fashion, or lifestyle retail brands
- Knowledge of digital marketing creatives and social media content strategy
- Experience managing creative teams or leading brand campaign
