Sunstone Engineering LLC is dedicated to providing innovative and versatile welding and engraving products at affordable prices. Sunstone specializes in designing, engineering, and manufacturing fine spot micro welding and engraving solutions. Our product line includes laser, pulse arc, capacitive discharge, AC, and hot bar reflow welding systems that are used in a variety of industries and laboratories across the world.

Sunstone operates three distinct brands:

• Sunstone Permanent Jewelry: A feminine, clean, and empowering brand focused on permanent jewelry and its tools.
• Sunstone Welders: An industrial and educational brand, helping professionals with innovative welding solutions.
• PJX: A fun, girly, and informative brand catering to a vibrant, youthful audience.

We are seeking a creative lead to own the creative vision and content creation for all three brands, with a primary focus on Sunstone Permanent Jewelry. This role requires a keen eye for design, the ability to adapt to different brand identities, and a passion for delivering engaging visual content.

Position Summary:
The Creative Lead will lead all creative initiatives at Sunstone, ensuring that our visual identity reflects our brand’s core values and mission. This role involves overseeing the creation of high-quality content, managing the visual flow of our website, and producing marketing materials that resonate with our audience.

From photography and video production to graphic design and branding, this individual will ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with each brand’s unique identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Content Creation:

• Take and edit high-quality photos and videos for product promotions, marketing campaigns, and website use.
• Design all visual assets, including logos, banners, packaging, and marketing materials, tailored to each brand.
• Create and edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, ensuring professional quality.
• Use Adobe Illustrator to develop packaging designs, die lines, and other specialized graphics.
• Conceptualize and execute the design of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, table tents, business cards, etc.
• Implement, and maintain brand guides for each brand to ensure consistency and alignment.
• Ensure consistency across all creative assets, adhering to the brand guide in all visual and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative projects with business goals.
• Produce graphics and assets for social media platforms, email campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives.

Marketing Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop cohesive campaigns and promotional materials.
• Provide creative input on strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.

Project Management:

• Manage creative projects across all three brands, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Serve as the primary creative liaison for each brand, fostering collaboration across teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Photo/Video, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in photography, videography, and graphic design.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry.
• Knowledge of packaging design and production processes.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
