Lead Designer – UI/UX, Product & Creative

We are seeking a Lead Designer – UI/UX, Product & Creative to oversee the design function across multiple brands. This hybrid role combines creative leadership with hands-on execution, covering product design, marketing visuals, and social media content. The ideal candidate is versatile, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a small design team while delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

Product Design – UI/UX

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile products.
• Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and design handoff.
• Maintain design systems, component libraries, and visual standards.
• Perform usability assessments and design reviews.

Graphic & Visual Design

• Design marketing collateral, brand visuals, email templates, landing page assets, and promotional graphics.
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all brands.
• Review and mentor junior designers, maintaining quality standards.

Social Media Content Design

• Produce high-impact visuals for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Create static posts, animated content, and short-form videos.
• Align creative output with content strategy and platform best practices.

Team Leadership

• Assign tasks, manage daily output, and uphold quality standards.
• Establish design processes, brand guidelines, and visual standards.
• Coach and develop junior designers, providing feedback and guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Interaction Design.
• 4–6 years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Proven portfolio covering UI/UX, marketing visuals, and social media content.
• Experience managing multi-brand design output and mentoring junior designers.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
