Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Creative Lead to oversee and execute visual design projects across various mediums. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and other design tools, with strong experience in branding, social media strategy, and visual storytelling. You will be responsible for developing and delivering impactful design concepts, maintaining brand consistency, and leading creative initiatives that enhance our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver creative assets, including social media posts, brand identities, logos, and marketing materials.
• Develop and execute branding strategies to ensure cohesive visual identity across platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement social media campaigns and content strategies.
• Create UI/UX designs for digital products using Figma.
• Produce engaging and visually compelling designs that align with business objectives and brand guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand fresh and competitive.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
• Provide creative direction and feedback to team members when needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Creative Lead, Senior Designer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience in creating social media campaigns and digital marketing visuals.
• Some exposure to UI/UX design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of creative work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
• Experience working in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
