Fashion Designer Manager – Western Wear

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Head Fashion Designer to lead our Western Wear Design Department, overseeing categories for Men’s, Women’s, Boys’ and Girls’ apparel. This is a senior role where you will be responsible for driving creativity, innovation, and timely execution of our fashion lines.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and supervise the fashion design team across all product categories.
• Provide creative direction, mentorship, and performance management to ensure team efficiency.
• Plan and organize design schedules to meet seasonal timelines

Design & Development

• Oversee the entire design process from concept development to final garment evaluation.
• Research and interpret global fashion trends, fabrics, silhouettes, and trims for Western wear.
• Develop innovative collections aligned with brand vision and market needs.

R&D and Wear Testing

• Conduct detailed research on fabrics, fits, and market trends.
• Perform wear tests and ensure high standards of garment quality and comfort.
• Collaborate with production teams to improve designs for mass production.

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams to align designs with business objectives.
• Ensure timely delivery of design collections within budget.
• Manage seasonal design presentations and sample approvals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in Western Wear Fashion Design.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Expertise in fashion design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD tools).
• Deep knowledge of fabric sourcing, garment construction, and finishing techniques.
• Strong R&D skills with an innovative and trend-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
