Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Fashion Designer with 3–4 years of professional experience in the fashion industry. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in designing sportswear/activewear, western casual wear, and sublimation file creation. You will be responsible for developing innovative and market-relevant designs from concept to final product, aligned with current trends and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop collections for sportswear/activewear and western casual wear, including tops, bottoms, outerwear, and accessories.
• Create original sublimation artwork and files for digital printing on sportswear.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to stay updated on industry developments, fabrics, and consumer preferences.
• Prepare tech packs, detailed sketches, and mockups for production.
• Select appropriate fabrics, colors, and trims in coordination with the sourcing team.
• Collaborate with the merchandising and product development teams to meet seasonal calendars and deadlines.
• Oversee sampling processes, provide feedback, and ensure high-quality execution.
• Participate in fit sessions and provide guidance for pattern adjustments.
• Maintain brand identity while exploring new, trend-forward design ideas.
• Use tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and other relevant design software.
• Work closely with the printing department to ensure correct application of sublimation files and artwork.
• Ensure all design files are production-ready and organized for internal teams and vendors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in fashion design, preferably with exposure to both sportswear and western wear.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design work, including sublimation prints.
• Excellent knowledge of garment construction, fit, and finishing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and CorelDRAW.
• Familiarity with sublimation printing techniques and file formatting.
• Strong understanding of fabric properties, print placements, and color separation.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with export or retail fashion brands.
• Understanding of technical garment specifications and CAD drawing.
• Creative, trend-savvy, and highly organized.
• Knowledge of sustainability trends in activewear design (optional but preferred).
