About The Role
We are looking for a
Creative Lead
to head our creative function and drive brand storytelling across all channels. You will shape the visual identity of our client, leading the development of impactful content for digital, performance marketing, social media, print, and video. This role combines creative strategy, hands-on execution, and leadership of a growing design and video team.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Leadership

Define and evolve the visual identity of Orange Health Labs across platforms.

Develop creative concepts and design strategies aligned with business objectives.

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers and video editors.
Execution & Delivery

Oversee design and delivery of creatives for digital ads, social media, website, email, and offline campaigns.

Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, content) to create campaigns that resonate with our audience.

Ensure creative consistency and brand alignment across all outputs.
Video & Emerging Formats

Drive creation of motion graphics, reels, and short-form video content.

Hands-on with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, and AI-powered creative platforms.

Experiment with new formats and creative technologies to keep the brand ahead.
Performance & Optimization

Collaborate with marketing teams to test and optimize creatives for better results.

Use performance insights to iterate on designs and boost engagement.

Build scalable processes for fast, high-quality creative delivery.
Skills & Experience We Value

6–8 years of experience in design, branding, content marketing, or advertising.

Strong creative vision with the ability to conceptualize and execute campaigns end-to-end.

Proficiency in design and video editing tools.

Prior experience leading creative teams.

Strong collaboration skills to work across marketing, content, and product.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory, as this is a highly collaborative, leadership role.

Experience in marketing agencies/healthcare/D2C is a plus.
