Stream Advertising is seeking a talented and experienced Creative Lead to join our design and sales teams. This role requires a strategic and creative professional with at least 3-5 years of experience in advertising, branding, storytelling and copywriting.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ideating, conceptualizing, planning, managing, and executing high-impact branding projects – these will be in the form of interior brandings such as designing branding for corporate offices, premium schools; retail branding such as creating ad campaigns that are rolled out in physical retail outlets, shop windows and large format print and occasional brand launching collateral. Most of this work is focused on interior space brandings and retail ad campaign branding.

This role also involves the department of sales to propose and win projects with sensational and attractive creative concepts and design to develop and execute actual designs that are technically apt, sized and fit for purpose.

In addition, the candidate will play a key role in driving creative innovation, including exploring new mediums of design (whether that’s figurines, different mediums of print, or paint).

SALARY RANGE:

o For creative copywriter and content director without design capabilities – 6-7k all inclusive

o For all above, with additional design skills in using Adobe AI, Photoshop and Blender – 8 to 10k, all inclusive.

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conceptualize new campaigns and projects:
  • Take briefs from account management team and client team to understand vision of the branding opportunity
  • Create and propose mood boards
  • Develop mood boards into first draft concepts to win projects
  • Plan and design actual design/campaign:
  • Design the collateral of the new branding
  • Copywriting for the branding
  • Proofreading and review works produced
  • Engage with client feedback to tweak concepts till they are approved
  • Execute design in actual project delivery:
  • Work with design team to create artwork that is sized and technically fitting for actual branding site requirements
  • Print visuals in line with sizes
  • Making sure content is following guidelines of place of installation; whether that’s outdoor media or indoor, or mall environments.
  • Project Management:

Manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder coordination internally and externally, ensuring seamless execution of the projects handled.

  • Social Media Projects:
  • Taking social media campaign requirements brief, ideating and populating social media calendar.
  • Strategizing social media plan along with responsibilities as mentioned in conceptualizing and planning design.
  • Coordinating with junior marketing executives to execute social media posting.
  • Performance & Reporting:

Generate post-project delivery reports and track creative performance across jobs delivered.

  • Creativity:

Quality of creative proposals, copywriting and design vision.

  • Client Satisfaction:

Client satisfaction with proposals and design execution. Determined by client verbal feedback and repeat orders.

  • Team work performance:

Working with the team to delivery the campaign without communication issues and coordination.

  • Problem solving and design execution:

Taking independent charge of responsibilities, driving progress on creative projects and reporting ahead of time on progress to your line manager. Driving a seamless execution without getting stuck in bottlenecks. Determined by turnaround time of your projects.

BACKGROUND & SKILLS REQUIRED
Background & Experience (years): 3 minimum in advertising and branding – should include design direction and copywriting

SPECIFIC TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver innovative creative solutions.
  • Experience in interior branding and retail design environments.
  • Background in an event or creative agency is advantageous.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale events and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

We are a 27-year-old company based in Dubai and is an industry leader in advertising and signage services. Our clients range from top brands such as Nike and Emaar to fast moving startups and media shows that require custom made props for various projects. Our primary work is to do with delivering on clients' large format branding needs such as in-mall and outdoor activations, signages, wayfinding signage, fit-out and custom prop manufacturing. We are also well established in creative corporate communications designs, branding design and interior design.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
