Content and Social Media Manager

We are looking for a dynamic leader to oversee the end-to-end content and social media operations of our sports retail company. This role will manage our in-house studio team, coordinate creative projects, and ensure our brand identity is consistently represented across all platforms.


Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from a university.

• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in content production, social media management, or related creative fields, preferably within the retail or e-commerce sector.

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.



Responsibilities:

• Lead, guide, and manage the in-house studio team (stylist, retoucher, graphic designer, etc.), including workflow planning and task allocation.

• Plan, organize, and oversee product photography and video shoots required by the e-commerce department.

• Create engaging and creative content tailored for social media channels.

• Distribute produced content to relevant teams and ensure correct usage across all channels.

• Maintain proper organization, foldering, and archiving of all visual and content files.

• Coordinate with creative agencies, production companies, and brand representatives.

• Organize content production for brand collaborations and campaign periods.

• Plan and monitor budgets for content production processes.

• Develop special projects to increase organic engagement and follower growth.

• Keep content strategy updated by monitoring trends, competitors, and emerging media formats. • Establish and maintain a consistent communication tone to strengthen brand image on social media platforms.

• Create a social media content calendar and plan campaigns and product launches.

• Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.) and develop data-driven strategies.
