Social Media Management
: Operate Xiaomi Türkiye’s social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Community Forum), plan engaging content, monitor performance, and interact with followers.
Online Ads Planning & Tracking
: Support digital media campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, local DSPs), prepare campaign briefs, track execution, and compile performance reports.
Marketing Communication Project Management
: Coordinate with internal teams (PR, retail, e-commerce, sales) and agencies to ensure smooth execution of product launch campaigns and brand events.
CRM & Mi Fans Operation
: Assist in running Xiaomi’s CRM program, manage fan community engagement both online and offline, and support fan club activities and events.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
Strong interest in consumer technology, digital marketing, and community engagement.
Good communication skills in English and Turkish; Chinese is a plus.
Familiar with social media trends and willing to learn online advertising tools.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
