Job Opportunity: Digital Media Communication Specialist

We are currently looking for a Digital Media Communication Specialist to join our dynamic team at our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul.

Your Role:

• Manage content creation for our social media channels, including posts, reels, and stories, following the brand strategy.
• Plan, run, and report on influencer collaborations.
• Work closely with the creative team (designers, video producers, copywriters) to deliver projects.
• Use AI tools (for visuals, text, and video) to support content creation.
• Manage daily social media activities, including planning, posting, and moderation.
• Track the performance of campaigns and content and prepare regular reports.
• Help improve strategy through competitor analysis, trend monitoring, and new content ideas.
• Support digital crisis management when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management.
• Experience in influencer marketing and collaboration management.
• Creative mindset and ability to bring ideas to life.
• Knowledge of AI tools and eagerness to develop skills in this area.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and advertising.
• Skilled in reporting, analytics, and generating actionable insights.
• Experience in moderation and community management.
• Preferably with experience in agencies, FMCG, or e-commerce.
• Strong communication skills and team spirit.
• English reading and writing skills.
