Creative Lead

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Creative Lead / Senior Videographer to lead video production and manage a creative team. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on videography expertise, and the ability to deliver high-quality visual content aligned with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead video projects from concept development to final delivery
• Plan, shoot, and direct professional video productions
• Manage and mentor videographers, editors, and creative staff
• Oversee post-production including editing, color grading, and sound
• Develop and execute creative video strategies for digital platforms
• Ensure brand consistency across all video content
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and management teams
• Manage production timelines and maintain quality standards

Requirements

• 10-12+ years of experience in videography and video production
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong knowledge of cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
• Expertise in video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve)
• Strong creative vision and storytelling skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, corporate, or agency environments
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality video work
• Experience managing end-to-end creative workflows
