Creative Lead – Arabic Speakers - Governments

Creative Director – Dubai – Arabic Speakers

Reporting to the Senior Creative Director.


Overview:

Lead the creative vision and execution projects from digital campaigns and

brand identity to social-first content and video production. This is a leadership role combining strategic thinking, artistic creativity, and team management


Requirements:

  • 7–10+ years in creative leadership or agency roles.
  • Diverse portfolio showcasing digital, social-first campaigns, brand work, video, and storytelling.
  • Experience with Governmental accounts is a major plus.
  • Deep understanding of brand strategy, consumer insights, and digital/social media behavior.
  • Develop innovative ideas rooted in social-first thinking (platforms, formats, emerging trends).
  • Translate business and brand goals into compelling visual storytelling and campaign concepts.
