Designation: Creative Lead (Design Manager)
Location: Kochi, Kerala
Own Analytix’s brand voice and visual system across web, social, ads, email, landing pages, and brochures. Set the creative vision, design hands-on, and lead a small design pod to ship high-impact campaigns that drive leads and brand trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Strategy: Turn business goals into briefs, concepts, scripts, and storyboards; plan monthly campaign calendars.
- Brand Guardian: Maintain guidelines, templates, and asset libraries; ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Project Management: Scope, resource, and deliver multiple projects on time and on budget; track revisions and approvals.
- Optimization: Use performance data (CTR, CPA, engagement) to iterate creative; run A/B tests where relevant.
- Stay Current: Track design/creative trends and tools; upskill the team.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in brand/marketing design; 1+ years leading creatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic/Communication Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia/Design, Marketing/Communications, or related field.
- Strong portfolio: brand systems + 360° campaigns (static; short-form video/motion a plus).
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); working knowledge of Premiere Pro/After Effectsis a plus.
- Confident presenter and feedback-giver; calm under deadlines in a fast-paced B2B/GCC context.
Nice to Have
- Experience in professional services/consulting or GCC markets.
- Basic motion direction; photo/video art direction; production/vendor management.
