As we grow, we’re looking for a seasoned Creative Lead to drive high-level ideas, lead teams, and elevate the creative vision across platforms.

What You’ll Do:

· Lead and inspire creative teams across design, content, and strategy.

· Translate brand objectives into compelling concepts and campaigns.

· Oversee the creative process from ideation through production.

· Collaborate with strategy, marketing, and digital teams to ensure alignment and impact.

· Maintain high creative standards while managing timelines and deliverables.

· Present and defend work to internal stakeholders and clients.

What We’re Looking For:

· 3+ years in a senior creative role (agency or in-house).

· Proven portfolio of multi-platform campaigns and brand work.

· Strong leadership and communication skills.

· Deep understanding of design, storytelling, and user experience.

· Ability to balance creative vision with strategic thinking.

· Experience managing and mentoring creative teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
