Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Creative Lead to manage and guide the creative team while overseeing design, UI/UX, digital marketing creatives, and production workflows. The candidate will be responsible for developing innovative visual strategies and ensuring high-quality creative output across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the creative design team
- Develop creative concepts and visual strategies for campaigns
- Oversee UI/UX design for websites and digital products
- Manage pre-production and post-production design workflows
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams
- Review and approve creative assets before final delivery
- Guide designers in improving creative quality and productivity
- Manage timelines and creative project execution
Requirements
- 6–8 years experience in graphic design / creative leadership
- Strong portfolio in branding, UI/UX, and digital campaigns
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Adobe XD
- Experience managing creative teams and projects
- Strong understanding of digital marketing creatives
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with video production and motion graphics
- Understanding of digital advertising (Meta, Google Ads creatives)
