The Creative Lead is responsible for supervising all creative and production output, including graphics, videos, photography, and brand visuals. This role ensures that creative execution aligns with brand identity, campaign objectives, and content needs defined by the HOD and the Technical/Performance team.
The Creative Lead manages the full production workflow, from concepts, storyboards, shoots, editing, and final delivery across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Direction & Concept Development
1. Convert marketing briefs into creative concepts, themes, visuals, and storyboards.
2. Collaborate with the DMM & HOD to understand campaign objectives, audience, and messaging.
3. Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
2. Team Management & Production Oversight
4. Supervise designers, video editors, videographers, and photographers.
5. Assign tasks, manage daily workflow, track deadlines.
6. Ensure timely production of graphics, videos, animations, thumbnails, and banners.
3. Video & Photography Production
7. Oversee pre-production planning (shoot concepts, props, locations, scripts).
8. Manage on-site and in-studio shoots with videographers & drone operators.
9. Ensure high-quality editing, color grading, transitions, and final output formats.
4. Graphic Design & Branding
10. Guide designers on brand themes, layouts, social media creatives, ads, and event graphics.
11. Review all designs and ensure branding, accuracy, and creativity.
12. Approve final deliverables before sending to HOD or publishing.
5. Cross-Department Collaboration
13. Coordinate with Content Writer (under DMM) for scripts, captions, and storyboards.
14. Collaborate with Technical Lead for ad creatives, landing page graphics, and website visuals.
15. Support Event Team for event coverage, promotional material, and post-event videos.
6. Creative Quality Control
16. Maintain production standards and ensure all content meets platform requirements.
17. Conduct quality checks on all graphics & videos before publishing.
18. Optimize output formats for Meta, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and website.
7. Reporting & Tracking
19. Share weekly creative output report with HOD.
20. Track productivity, timelines, and project progress.
21. Suggest improvements in workflow and creative efficiency.
8. Innovation & Trends
22. Stay updated on design trends, editing styles, AI creative tools, and industry standards.
23. Introduce new creative ideas to enhance brand visibility.
Hiring Criteria Qualification & Skills
1) Bachelor’s degree in Media Sciences, Arts, Film, Graphic Design, or related field.
2) 4–6 years of experience in creative production, video editing, designing, or filmmaking. (Real Estate experience strongly preferred).
3) Strong leadership experience managing creative teams.
4) Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
5) Strong understanding of brand identity and storytelling.
6) Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
