Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and creative Designer with 3–6 years of professional experience, including hands-on experience working with US-based brands or clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio and a solid understanding of both digital and print design, with a user-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality print and digital designs for e-commerce and marketing campaigns
• Design creative assets for websites and social media platforms
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to deliver visually compelling content
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and business goals
• Adapt designs for responsive layouts across multiple devices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of professional design experience (mandatory)
• US-based work experience or experience handling US clients/brands
• Should be able to manage people
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proficient with social media branding
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and strategic design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
• Experience with AI-powered design tools & Figma
• Solid understanding of UI/UX & video motion principles and responsive design
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
