Creative Manager

Location: P.E.C.H.S Block 06, Karachi

Shift Timings: 09:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift)

Brand Republic is a creative and digital solutions agency, delivering innovative design, development, and production services. We are seeking a highly capable Production Manager to lead our creative department, oversee cross-functional teams, and ensure efficient execution of projects across video editing, graphic design, and 2D animation.

Key Responsibilities
•Lead and manage a team of video editors, graphic designers, and animators.
•Supervise the entire production process to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
•Provide creative direction and constructive feedback to enhance output.
•Allocate resources effectively and resolve production challenges proactively.
•Maintain smooth communication between team members and stakeholders.
•Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while managing deadlines and priorities.
•Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Sciences is a must.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in creative production management.
• At least 2+ years of experience as a manager or team lead.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Proven experience in video editing, graphic design, and 2D animation.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively across teams and with clients.
