Position:
Creative Manager
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee the creative direction for Mr. Mandoob’s marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

Write compelling and brand-aligned content for various formats: ads, scripts, social posts, landing pages, and more.

Collaborate closely with graphic designers and video editors to ensure cohesive visual and verbal storytelling.

Translate marketing briefs into clear creative concepts that drive engagement and action.

Maintain brand voice consistency across all platforms and materials.

Lead brainstorming sessions and inspire a culture of creativity within the team.

Review and approve creative deliverables ensuring high quality and alignment with business goals.

Work closely with marketing and product teams to support launches, seasonal campaigns, and user acquisition efforts.
Requirements:
-
3–5 years of experience in
creative content writing
with a strong portfolio of brand, digital, or campaign work.
-
Background in
marketing agencies
or high-growth startups is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of brand tone, storytelling, and audience engagement.
-
Excellent communication and collaboration skills — especially with designers and cross-functional teams.

Hands-on experience crafting content across social, performance marketing, and product.

Fluency in
Arabic and English
— writing and editing.

based in Riyadh
