Job Brief:
To participate in designing and implementing effective marketing strategies to build EMKAN brand and increase customer engagement in a properly and quality manner. To collaborate with various internal teams to conduct market and competitive analyses, design promotional campaigns and develop profitable positioning and pricing of EMKAN brand.
Responsibilities:

Conduct research to identify market trends and target customers’ preferences and analyze brand positioning and consumer insights

Shape and communicate our vision and mission and create marketing plans to increase brand awareness.

Ensure strong brand presence in online and offline channels and Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies

Review packaging and positioning of products and suggest the required improvements and design advertising campaigns for new products and services.

Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates in a timely and quality manner.

Assist in developing effective media campaigns and choosing appropriate distribution channels.

Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs and ensure it meet the agreed expectations.

Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics.

Monitor new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities and Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions

Adherence to all regulations and control function within the company in order to ensure that governance, Audit, risk and compliance matters are carried out.

Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or any other relevant field (Master’s degree is preferred).

Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience in content creation, marketing, communications, or similar
