Job Description – Performance & Growth Marketing Manager

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Experience: 6–8 years

Role Overview

As the Performance & Growth Marketing Manager, you will lead data-driven marketing

initiatives to optimize user acquisition, drive conversions, and maximize ROI across multiple

digital channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute growth

strategies, leveraging analytics, paid media, SEO/ASO, lifecycle marketing, and experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid channels (Google

Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Programmatic, etc.) to drive customer acquisition and sales

growth.

  • Own and optimize the full funnel: awareness → acquisition → activation → retention →

revenue → referral.

  • Manage campaign budgets, monitor performance, and deliver strong ROI.
  • Build and execute growth experiments (A/B tests, landing page optimization, ad creatives,

funnel experiments).

  • Drive lifecycle and CRM marketing campaigns (email, push, SMS, WhatsApp) to improve

customer engagement and retention.

  • Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to align marketing campaigns with

business objectives.

  • Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, etc.) to track, measure,

and report performance.

  • Lead SEO/ASO strategy to boost organic visibility and reduce dependency on paid

channels.

  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital platforms in

the KSA/GCC region.Requirements

  • 6–8 years of proven experience in performance marketing and growth roles, preferably

in e-commerce, D2C, or consumer-tech sectors.

  • Strong hands-on experience managing large budgets across paid channels (Meta,

Google, TikTok, Snapchat).

  • Solid understanding of analytics, attribution, and growth frameworks.
  • Experience with SEO/ASO and lifecycle/CRM marketing.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative thinker with a test-and-learn approach to growth.
  • Knowledge of the KSA/GCC digital consumer landscape is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Arabic language skills are a plus but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼17,000.00 - ﷼20,000.00 per month
