Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in a senior creative/design leadership role — preferably in e-commerce or Amazon-based brand.
Job Summary
The Creative Manager will lead the brand’s visual identity and creative direction across all digital platforms. This role is responsible for shaping how the brand looks, feels, and communicates visually, ensuring world-class aesthetics across Amazon listings, product branding, packaging, store pages, website visuals, and social media content.
The Creative Manager will oversee the creative team, ensuring cohesive, premium, and brand-aligned creative execution — with a strong focus on brand appeal, consumer psychology, and visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the creative direction and brand identity for the company across all platforms.
- Lead and mentor the team to execute premium visual content.
- Develop brand style guidelines (visual identity consistency: typography, tone, color, layout, photography style, etc.).
- Oversee Amazon product visuals, including product images, A+ Content, infographics, packaging mockups & brand store layout.
- Develop detailed mood boards, visual direction concepts, and reference guides for product and lifestyle photography, ensuring all shoots follow the brand’s creative vision and aesthetic guidelines.
- Oversee and direct all product and lifestyle photography sessions — ensuring accurate color representation, consistency in lighting, angle selection, and visual mood in line with brand identity.
- Ensure all visuals — including product shots, infographics, packaging renders, and lifestyle imagery — reflect premium brand positioning and are consistent across Amazon, website, and social media.
- Conceptualize and direct creative ideas for social media posts and campaigns, including visual storytelling angles, shot compositions, layout flow, and content mood before execution by the design team.
- Review, refine, and finalize all creative assets — including Amazon content, social media posts, and product visuals — and present them for management approval prior to publishing or release.
- Maintain aesthetic consistency across all touchpoints — design, tone, and storytelling.
- Research and stay updated on global design trends & e-commerce visual direction to continuously elevate brand identity.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience leading creative/design teams — preferably in e-commerce / Amazon brand.
- Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) hands-on capability is a must.
- Strong understanding of brand identity building and visual storytelling.
- Ability to direct a team, critique and refine design, and maintain world-class visual standards.
- Excellent taste, visual sense, and ability to benchmark against top global brands.
- Strong communication, leadership, and creative decision-making ability.
- Portfolio is mandatory — especially work related to product branding, Amazon/store visuals, lifestyle imagery, or premium brand building.
- Familiarity with Amazon creative guidelines / A+ Content best practices (preferred).
- Understanding of packaging design, visual merchandising, or brand storytelling.
