- Drive end-to-end creative strategy, from ideation to execution, for multi-channel campaigns across TV, print, and experiential marketing.
- Work with cross-functional creative teams to deliver award-winning designs, visuals, IMC plans and storytelling that strengthen client brand positioning.
- Partner with strategy, client servicing, and production teams to ensure all creative solutions align with business objectives and maximize ROI.
- Establish and maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency of tone, visuals, and messaging across every consumer touchpoint.
- Elevate campaign impact by introducing fresh creative formats, bold design systems, and innovative engagement tactics that differentiate brands in competitive markets.
- Work on everything from pitches and campaign plans to reels, trends, AI ideas, and content calendars.
- Develop and implement forward-thinking digital strategies that enhance brand presence and performance.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s / Master's Preferred degree in Advertising, Marketing, Brand Management, or a related field.Experience
4–6 years of relevant experience in brand management, marketing, or product management.
