Creative Manager

We’re looking for a strong & experienced Creative Manager to lead our creative and social media direction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in creative / social media agencies
• Strong background in Social Media Content & Creative Direction
• Proven experience managing creative teams (designers, content creators, video editors)
• Ability to develop creative concepts, campaigns & content calendars
• Strong eye for visuals, branding & storytelling
• Experience with influencer & digital campaigns is a big plus
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
• Based in Kuwait or willing to relocate

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the creative & social media team
• Develop creative strategies for brands and campaigns
• Oversee content creation across all social platforms
• Ensure brand consistency and high creative quality
• Work closely with accounts & marketing teams
