Job Title: Social Media Specialist / Social Media Manager

We are a growing group operating in artistic production, beauty salons, and restaurants, and we are looking to hire a professional Social Media Specialist to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow social media accounts across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns
• Develop creative photography and video ideas suitable for each brand
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars
• Coordinate and supervise on-site content shooting
• Monitor performance, insights, and engagement analytics
• Stay updated with social media trends and algorithms

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management
• Strong creativity and content planning skills
• Experience with salons, restaurants, or creative brands is a plus
• Must be currently inside Kuwait
• Transferable residency (Article 18)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
